All data is transmitted securely to TrackSport servers via encrypted connections and is used solely for event management purposes.

The application does not contain any in-app purchases, unless explicitly stated on Google Play or the App Store.

– synchronize event data, tickets, orders, and participant information

– validate organizer login credentials

2. Push Notifications

– notify organizers about new orders
– alert about important event updates
– send real-time notifications about participant registrations

Data Security
– All data transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
– Authentication tokens are stored securely using platform-specific secure storage (flutter_secure_storage)
– Passwords are never stored locally on the device
– User preferences are stored locally using secure device storage

Third-Party Services
TrackSport Organiser uses the following third-party services:
– Google Firebase (for push notifications)
– TrackSport API (for event management and data storage)

These services have their own privacy policies and may collect information as described in their respective policies.

Data Retention
– User data is retained as long as the organizer account is active
– Event data is retained according to TrackSport’s data retention policies
– Users can request deletion of their data by contacting support
